Elements were perfect
We bought our house from a guy that owned a plumbing company. He had two water heaters installed that were special. He passed away and I was trying to find the correct elements. I checked on line and no one carried them. Finally I found the Supply House and they had what I needed. They are installed and working great. I found my new internet source for my needs!

Nice product
This element is fitted to AO SMITH 20 gals hot water heater and all what you need is to isolate heater by shut off valves, drain water, remove bad element and install (screw-in) new element using wrench, ring gasket is provided in set, then reconnect 2 power wires to element and you are back in business. Simple and quick replacement, highly recommend to everyone.
