when there is NO hot water, the pressure is on !
When your wife and daughter are ready to go to a hotel for a hot shower you better come up with a solution fast Dad...
The gas valve I purchased was an exact replacement for the original, on the 8 year old
AO Smith water heater. It works just like the original did.
I could not find the part here locally... I found Supply House online. I spoke with the knowledgeable and personable Ashley. She put the part in the overnight UPS...... It arrived before a full mutiny occured. The part arrived and in 90 minutes, we had hot water again.

Excellent service from SupplyHouse.com! It was a simple install, better design then the original, and most importantly, I have hot water again!
SupplyHouse.com was the cheapest I found but it was still pretty expensive; No fault of SupplyHouse.com of course.
