OEM part for my State Select propane hot water tank. Customer support was off the chart. I could not believe the time they took to make sure I was ordering the correct part - and then, I ordered it at 2pm via the website, and it showed up (UPS) at my house the next day by 3pm. Of course, they have a distribution office located in Columbus Ohio which helped speed my deliver, but WOW. I can't brag enough to friends and family about this company! Hats off!

works like a charm.
it would be more helpful to bold face the location of the connection ports, side; top; bottom, etc.
I didn't catch where these ports were, and had to re-arrange my propane piping.
since you only listed ONE propane valve, (at far as I could tell), I assumed this was the one I needed, but it wasn't exactly.
no sweat though, just glad I didn't have to pay a heating guy $1000 for it.

Q: if the pilot goes out on this...I dont see a pilot button to re-start the heater....what is the manual process in doing so---It is about 7 years old?? I dont smell gas at this point but looked inside and the flame is not on

Verified Reply- Supply House StaffThe gas control valves do not have pilot resets. Some water heaters are equipped with a thermal switch that would have a manual reset. In order to determine if the heater is equipped with the thermal switch, the serial number is required.
