Very happy with the product, and how it was shipped to me.
I easily installed the gas valve once I received it, it has worked perfectly since then, and we are all very happy with hot water, and no relighting the pilot every time it cycled.

Panic situation-No hot water!!
The temperature control on my water heater went out and couldn't find one locally. I thought I would have to replace the entire water heater. To make a long story short, I found one on PexSupply.com for a very reasonable price but had to overnight it for an unreasonable price which was to be expected.
It works perfectly and I'm happy!
