Original new parts and was very helpful
My direct vent A.O Smith water heater broke down and it needed a new thermostat and was not able to find this at any local or online vendors. SupplyHouse was the only vendor that had it in stock and they shipped it on time and received it exactly on the date the website stated. Since they don't take back opened/used parts; they were also very helpful in working out a deal with me on the first item ( Ignition Assembly) which ended up not being the issue. I really appreciate that the customer rep actually went out of her way to speak to the management on my behalf and called me back with a resolution. Thanks again
