This place is terrible for looking up parts. Who the heck has the sku..most places go by model or serial number.

Great customer service
I spent over an hour researching the correct part for my hot water heater, only to order the wrong one anyhow. When I spoke with customer service, they immediately sent me a return goods authorization and found the correct one within two minutes!
From now on, I'll let them do my research. Saved me time and money!

Solid Fit, Great Customer Service
Called Cust Service for help, and selected the exact fit part needed. very helpful.
The only issue i have is that there is no compression ring on the pilot line as the original assembly has. the fitting is a bit different as well but in the end appears to work. personally i would rather have an exact match to know i am getting the same fit and finish as intended. however the unit works and got us back online for far less than a complete new system.

Product failed
After paying extra in shipping, just to have it still take just as long.. then the product failed and I had to return it.. I wasted my time and money when I could've just purchased the same thing local.. very disappointed.. esp in the shipping
