2 Other supply houses couldn't get the Thermistor's I needed. My plumber wanted to replace the tankless unit entirely. I googled the part number and found Supply House. Supply House had them in stock. Great people to deal with. Fast turnaround. Had the parts the next day and unit was up and working.

I lost hot water on my Siseco hot water heater suddenly and started checking out the sensors and had one that was off the charts 110ohms should be 7. The company was no longer in business and had been sold to A.O.Smith. I replaced the temp sensor and its back to making hot water. The sensor doesn't look like the OG but it fits the same way and wires in the same. it works if you need it.

The Seisco 4 chamber error messaged an open circuit for #1 temp sensor. I luckily found supplyhouse.com and my thermostat sensor was in my hands in two days. Within 15 minutes I was up and running with limitless hot water again.

Replaced the factory sensor perfectly. Within parameters and functioning perfectly ever since te installation, FoIlowing install the test sequence showed perfect replacement. I wouuld recommend this unit for future use. If any further issues show similiar failure I will replace all other units in the heating unit at that time. Great value for the money.
