Serious DIYer stuff.
This is a serious DIYer project but do-able. The instructions that come with the product lead you all the way through. Electrical connections are simple plug-ins. I recommend replacing the Ignitor/Flame sensor at the same time. Of course the gas connections are critical and a leak test is manditory. If you're in the trade, you know this but I am not and I noticed elsewhere that I've made this mistake: If you use use the pipe tape, get the 'yellow' gas fitting approved kind....not the white one.

Got hot water back in my life
That hurtful feeling when you turn the faucet to hot and its ice cold water rushing out even after hoping for 5 minutes, well after doing some research and checking everything with a voltmeter. I concluded that the intellivent thermostat was bad, would not even come on after pressing both buttons. Product got here as fast as that cold water came out the faucet, with the help of youtube and the detailed instructions installation was a breeze and was able to quit the 3 day no bath gang.
