Tank only last 3.5 years
We are not residential, but don't use it harder than I think should be expected for a 75 gallon water heater. The tank leaks after 3.5 years, which I find very disappointing.

Exactly what we needed and delivery was included.
Local commercial supply house had nothing over 50 gallons and did not think they could get one this large. Found this exact replacement online. It seemed a bit pricey, but with delivery included in the price of this well over two hundred pound commercial unit, we are very pleased. It went in quickly and works great.

Q: Does this unit have plumbing supply on top as well as on the sides? I'm buying a used one and it is plumbed from the top right now, but I'm wondering if you have plumbing available on the sides; perhaps the holes are plugged up. Let me know. Wortham 443 801 3535

As far as purchasing a used unit, we never recommend purchasing a unit that has been used, as this will void the manufacturer's warranty.
