Great people to work with!
SupplyHouse provided excellent customer support. UPS lost the original shipment but SupplyHouse agreed to send a replacement unit (next day air, I might add) before receiving resolution from UPS.
I live in Texas and the temps and humidity are miserable this time of year. If you call the large shops they want to charge "Emergency rates" for parts and service. Luckily I had access to portable units that maintained the interior temp and humidity at a bearable level, allowing me the flexibility to order the needed compressor from SupplyHouse at a very reasonable price, and find a local AC tech that was willing to install the compressor and recharge the system. The compressor ordered from SupplyHouse seems to be functioning better than OEM compressor in its prime.
Again, I truly appreciate the customer service provided by SupplyHouse. Support of the caliber they provided is certainly hard to come by in this day and age. Thanks for expediting the replacement part, minimizing my AC downtime.
