okay for basic use
I find this model to be a good balance of cost and feature for occational-use maintenance access. Beware shipping cost when comparing suppliers. Rolled edge of the door adds rigidity and gives a finished appearance. The small screwdriver latch is unobtrusive on a wall surface. Over multiple smaller size examples, I did find one out of kilter, with the door dragging on the frame. I ended up drilling out a couple corner welds and pop-riveting the frame to clear the door on all sides. I count this as a one-off, but be sure to inspect on delivery. The only thing I don't like overall is that there is not a positive way to pull the door open, I end up carefully prying with the screwdriver that opens the latch to get that precious initial movement.

Supply House is very easy to work with.
My order of a 24x24 Access door was shipped very quickly and received within three days. Unfortunately, the item was sent damaged, so I was not happy about the quality control before shipping products. Still, Supply House quickly replaced the thing even before I sent the damaged product back to them.

okay for basic use

Q: Still don't see item depth. The dimensions provided online do not show the DEPTH of the door - i.e. - how far the door frame protrudes into the wall cavity.
