This thing works!
This is our second bulb - they last about 12 - 16 months. I feel that it cleans the air in the whole house and with a house full of allergy sufferers - that is def needed! Plus it helps with cooking odors in the winter when you can't open the windows. I would recommend this replacement product (the initial set up is very easy) and this company. Fast and friendly shipping.

You can get generic bulbs, but they do not last as long or fit right.
