I finally upgraded the full set of Ionizer Wires in my AprilAire 5000; it's been running without 3 of them for some time. I found this isn't a typical search item to find, and when I came across SupplyHouse.com I knew I had found the right place. The catalog is simple to navigate and enabled me to order with confidence. I received my full order promptly and complete. I would love to give Supply House 5 stars, but the precision lengths of the wires was inconsistent. I mean, they 'work', but I had to put a little bit of a bend on a couple of the spring-connectors to make them taut. Just out of curiosity I held three wires together, and all 3 were slightly different. I would have sent them back if I couldn't have tweaked the connectors enough. I'm glad to know my air purifier is running at peak performance again. Thank you Supply House.
