If needed I would buy this again.
After talking with the AprilAire support person and going down the list of issues to zero in on what was needed to get my dehumidifier up and running, it was recommended to try a couple of suppliers. I found Supply House to have the best pricing and quick shipping. I received the parts and installed them myself, saving a few hundred dollars. My HVAC technicians, from three different HVAC companies, had been telling me the unit was running fine but for over two summers I never saw condensation coming out of the unit and the humidity in my house was over 70% all the while the unit was set @55%. Well, after replacing the parts the unit is working as it should, condensate is flowing and the inside humidity is staying below 59%

Hope I don't need another one
We were able to repair our crawl space dehumidifier by purchasing a new mother board and toggle switch. Not very exciting items, but saved us a lot of money. Plus, one less item in thrown away needlessly. However, the best thing was the service representatives. Everyone we spoke with was patient and helpful in every way!,,.

This was one of two components that was damaged on an Aprilaire 1870xl. I bought both of the parts from this site, & after both parts were installed? The unit works as it's supposed to again. It did have a different set up on the initial "Board" inside the unit? But it is the correct product, you just have to pay attention when you are replacing the wiring harness. It shipped fast, arrived fast, & was well packaged. Thank you so much to everyone on the team who helped me getting this unit up, & running again.
