I would buy this product again if needed
I purchased these products based on AprilAire support service. I had been asking the HVAC techs to verify that the electronic air cleaner was actually working. I was told the unit was working. I had noticed that the power on light wasn't working and AprilAire said they do burn out sometimes. The only way to checkout the system to see if it is working is do a meter test of the charge panel. I did the test and the door of the unit which is unserviceable showed signs of a short and my meter test showed that the unit was not functioning. I replaced the door and charging panel and everything is working properly.
