surfaces in existing construction. Non-metallic cover and base. Accepts most single gang wiring
devices and uses standard indoor wall plates or a GFCI cover plate. Box and white cover are
textured/ paintable. UV rated plastic for long outdoor life.
Meets 2017 NEC Section 406.9 (B) for the protection of exterior outlets which require the use of an extra-duty weatherproof while-in-use cover for all outdoor 15 or 20 AMP receptacles.

A great way to power up an Outdoor TV
Was easily installed in an outdoor wall of the house behind a TV. No unsightly cover over the power cables and plugs as with the normal exterior outlet and virtually no protrusion.

This is by far the best out door electrical box solution.
I placed these in the overhang on my house at each corner so I could plug in my Christmas lights and not have extension cords running everywhere. They look clean and neat when I'm not using them and they still look clean when I am using them. The cover closes over the plug while in use and makes it look clean and neat. My only wish for a possible improvement would be to add a holding clip for the bug plugs on the inside of the door. That way when I hang Christmas lights I could run the light cord out the cover and just clip the bug plug on the inside of the door and it would be there when I took the lights down.
All in all this is a great product and would recommend it.
