Swapped A Reciprocating Compressor For This.
I Was Unsure Of The Height Difference Between The Old Reciprocating And This Scroll. However This Scroll Was Only 1" Taller. Same Footprint So It Used The Same Base Mount Studs. I Had To Retrofit The Piping With A Couple 90's And Small Amount Of 3/4" Acr. Compressor Fired Right Up And Was Less Noisy Than The Old One. Customer Is Happy They Didn't Have To Replace The System. I Was Happy For A Smooth Installation. Would Buy Again Definitely

Excellent Option!
Bought this to replace a bad bristol recip in an R-22 unit, It was an old unit but rarely used so the rest of the unit was in good condition.
I have been doing Refrigeration since 1991 and I never even heard of a reman hvac compressor till I saw this one.
I took a chance and was super impressed!!
The packaging was great, it came with quality wire connector and bi-flow drier. the cap was chinese, so it will work till it dont then I'll go put in a Mars lol.
I told the customer it would be noisier compared to the recip but it was not at all, It actually ran very quiet for a scroll. Impressed again!
