ASCO Red Hat general purpose 2-way normally closed solenoid valves provide On/Off control of air, inert gas, water, light oil (300SSU) and other clean flowing media compatible with the materials of construction. This valve has one inlet and one outlet and does not pass fluid until the coil is energized. Small direct acting poppet design for tight flow shutoff. Mountable in any position. Tapped mounting holes in the body are standard. This valve is also suitable for vacuum service from 0-29 inches Hg.
