It rises from the ashes!
I use this sensor in an older combustion analyzer.
Years ago Bacharach said they would no longer make the sensor. I wanted to replace it, so I could keep the analyzer as a back up tool. Figured I'd check to see what SupplyHouse had in stock and there was the sensor! So, my tool's now working great.

Sensor seems ok...gasket no good
Bacharach combustion analyzer needed new oxygen sensor. Glad to see SH stocked it; it arrived promptly. There is an important (separate) gasket that adheres to the sensor. This part was apparently very old and I couldn't remove the backing without destroying the gasket. Had to paw through the tiny O-ring bin at hardware store. So far, so good, but what a hassle. Not sure if SH or Bacharach are to blame.
