Online photo does not match part received
First off, shipping was extremely fast. Part was promised in 5 days and arrived in 2 days. Problem was...part shown in the online photo was not the part received! I knew that the furnace part which I found online was too good to be true. It appeared to be a perfect match of what I needed. Since my furnace was on the blink, I took a chance. Well, it was too good to be true. The online photo shows the original OEM part by Johnson Controls. No wonder it was a perfect match! What was received was a piece of knock-off overpriced junk made by Baso. They are definetly NOT the same part! Fortunately, the return was easy and relatively painless. Will I give SupplyHouse a second chance? Certainly, when I am looking for a part where it doesn't matter if the part I receive matches the online photo, or not. Would I recommend SupplyHouse? Yes! Would I recommend this part? NO!
