Here is how I calculated the difference (using numbers from the manufacturers' rating sheets): The K42 has a heating capacity of 4,279 BTU/hr at 180 degrees F and 1 gallon per minute of flow. The Slant/Fin Fine/Line 30 has 580 BTU/hr per linear foot at 180 degrees F and 1 gallon per minute of flow. The K42 is roughly equivalent to 7-1/3 feet of baseboard (4,279 / 580). The K84, having roughly twice the capacity of the K42, is roughly equivalent to 14-2/3 feet of baseboard.
It will, as long as you do not need more than 9.2 BTUs per square foot.
If your boiler water temperature is over 160 degrees (71 degrees C) you should be able to heat that area. This should either be on a zone by itself, or should be at the beginning of the loop. This will produce about the same amount of heat as 24 feet of baseboard.
There are no parts available for the F120 cabinet.
This product is a mount cabinet kit only; it does not have any heating elements inside of it. The K42 Beacon Morris kickspace heater would be appropriate for your application. Here is a link to the heater: http://www.pexsupply.com/Beacon-Morris-K42-K42-Kick-Space-Heater-4770000-p
