Missing part and damaged package contents
This is the third of these register I purchaseds.Item seems to be one that had been returned. The two parts of the grille had been take apart, the item wrapping repaired with packaging tape that was hard to remove and the small knob used to control the vanes is missing.
Also this is the second time that the mastic included in the order has arrived with a compromised lid and the mastic leaked out onto the rest of the package contents. I suggest the lids be secured to prevent this.
