Q: Is your galvanized pipe diameter measured inside the pipe or outside the pipe...I have a coupling that will accept a 1-1/4" threaded end pipe...your 1-1/4 threaded end pipe was way to big to fit in the coupling...so what size galvanized pipe do I need?

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffHello, thanks for writing in. This is a 1" black nipple which has 1" NPT threads. A 1-1/4" galvanized nipple, such as SKU: NPGL1130, will thread into a 1-1/4" female threaded coupling.
