GREAT PRODUCT AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE
I build my own pond aerator diffusers. these check valves keep water from running back through the air compressor line in case of a pump failure. A winter pump failure will cause the water to freeze if it migrated back up the air line. These valves are perfect for this application and are priced right.

Worked great for 2 weeks
After a couple of weeks one of them started leaking. Either the spring got weak and stopped sealing or the gasket won't allow it to close enough to seal. I bought 3 so that I would have 2 spares. This brand seems to be made cheaply.

Good quality valve
We use these all the time. The only reason it's not a full 5 star ir the size is slightly larger than your pipe and fittings. We have learned to use extra glue or you can have an air leak. Everything else is great
