cost effective but not strong
product is made with a metal that is pretty easy to bend, my vents are slightly oversized and daughters stepped on them and bent them inward. Great price and quality otherwise, just not strong.

Worked with a bit of modification
I ordered these floor registers to replace the originals in my 2001 house that had some paint wear on them. These China made vents were close to the originals in size but I had to jigsaw a bit of wood around the metal floor vent to allow for these ever slightly larger dimensions to squeeze in the vent. They then fit fine and flush to the floor.
