Q: Considering for use in a mountain cabin (10,000 feet elevation). Does the high altitude make this a bad choice> do I need to over size to compensate? Suggestions? Also I intend to shut down and drain the system in the winter (no heat). Will the Tankless water heater drain completely, or hold water inside for possible freezing?

Q: i have a rheem 75 gallon gas water heater,which is about 15 yrs old and i need it to replace with something efficient and cost saving.at any time we only use one bathroom,however we have 3,but since kids are out ,do we really need 75 gallons? please advise
