Excellent customer service
The pilot light with thermocouple was the exact listed product. I diagnosed the issue and installed the replacement and it worked as it should. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful, it shipped quickly and best of all we now have got water! I would definitely use this company. The part here locally was 5 times the price, so thanks for some fair pricing.

Hot water again in 30 minutes
The combo pilot/thermocouple was perfect for my 11 year old water heater. The hard part is removing the screw that holds the assembly to the burner assembly, not much room. Patience and a 90 degree screwdriver did it. The gas and thermocouple leads are a few inches longer than OEM, but that made installation easier.
