They had my back
This was a gas orifice change for a water heater I ordered. I had ordered the wrong elevation heater, they caught it and sent the correct orifice for my elevation. They have always been responsive to my order requests and provided a great product.

Bradford White is a great choice
After noting that our current BW hot water heater was 23 years old we wanted another one. I was able to install it fairly easy with the help of You Tube and used the old orifice since, the new one was on BO. it is nice to have the blinking green light as assurance that all is working good and our city inspection was approved. Thanks to Steve for the great customer service to mail us an orifice and the rapid freight delivery.
