I received a plastic part for my water heater but it was damage. Suply house was able to replace the part (at not cost) and everything is ok now. Great attitude to solve the problem.

Decreases Hot Water Pressure
Can be difficult to install if there is hard water deposits around in and out nipples. Easy if you can disconnect in and out pipes. There is a significant decrease in hot water pressure and flow after installing these.

Verified Reply- Hello Ken, The Blue is cold and White is hot. Insert white color-coded heat trap insert into the outlet nipple of the water heater until it is fully seated in position. Insert the blue color-coded heat trap insert into the inlet nipple of the water heater until it is fully seated in position.
