Once I spoke to a woman...
I ordered a part for a brand new hot water heater that had to be sourced directly from the manufacturer. The part arrived a few weeks after I ordered it, but was incorrect or needed to be returned for some reason. The emails I received were confusing to say the least, so I called Supply house and spoke to a woman. She got me the part I needed in a few days! My hot water heater works wonderfully now!
