Use with caution
The nice thing about this handle is it feels good in the hand. It is heavier the the more expensive plastic handle but there is one big caveat. Many times when I come across a shower that has had one of these handles on it for many years there is no removing it, the zinc has fused to the end of the brass cartridge. The only way to remove it is to break it off. Now you have to install a new handle and a new cartridge! If you use this for a repair be sure to apply a ton of grease between the two before you install the handle. I would recommend it but only if you grease it up.
