Looks different but it works just like the old assembly.
I have to admit that when these arrived I thought this is not going to work. One of our contractors took two with him to the job site and confirmed that they worked great. So not only do you get a better looking grill you also get a better looking motor assembly all around very happy with this replacement for the old Broan fan.
