I bought the Broan model 437 roof cap to exhaust a Broan kitchen exhaust fan that required a 10" exhaust. The roof cap is made of thin sheet metal that took three deliveries to recieve one that was somewhat useable after being bent beyond use in transit. I know that neither Broan nor SupplyHouse controls how UPS handles the package but after I spoke with SupplyHouse after the first unit was damaged beyond repair and asking them to send the replacement in a better protected package the second unit was equally damaged in the same method of packaging. Again, I directly requested better packaging and was assured that it would happen. When the third unit arrived 40 days after the original order was placed in the same package with a few pieces of bubble wrap tossed in the box, I beat the dents out and straightened the metal up as best I could and installed it out of frustration. I would not order anything like this online again. I would drive 100 miles one way and pay more for it just to ensure that it was not damaged. Poor design, terrible packaging, poor follow thru on SupplyHouse and UPS could break an anvil.
