Saved me from buying a new unit
The grill cover for my old light & heater fell off while I was cleaning it and smashed i thought I was going to have to change the hole unit, but the new cover was the same as the old one even though thay were from different models.

This is a professional team
Vent cover fell off unit after 15 years and self-destructed on the floor. This was a replacement. The Supply House shipped me the replacement quickly and for a reasonable price.

This seems to be a revised model. I bought it to replace my grill assembly on my Broan QTX 110HL-A as my original was brittle and cracked. It wasn't safe to hang. Using the part number from the manufacturer, I ordered this, and it arrived very quickly with no damage. Upon opening I realized it looked a bit different but fits exactly like my old one. I think I like the look of it better. The plastic seems much thicker and better built. My guess is the manufacturer realized the issue and made it better. I have read online using led bulbs reduces heat and premature wear of the plastic. Not sure if this is true because there is a heater built in to the fan, but I put led bulbs in anyway. Overall, I wish I didnt have to buy this, seems expensive for a night light socket, two lightbulb socket and some plastic, but that being said supply house was cheaper than Broan directly and they are on the east coast which meant fast shipping for me!! I am a happy customer. Hope this lasts a long time!! Thanks!!!
