Decent Quality and Quiet
Installed easily into an old Nutone fart fan hole with rough in box covering almost all the existing cut. Light is bright and good normal color temp (warm white) not the disgusting cold high temps used on outdoor flood lights and cars. Fan assembles easily except for the very tiny black screws. Maybe put a few extras in the parts bag just in case. Use a piece of furring on top of the sheet rock to hold the box up on the opposite side if no joist is near. Fan is quiet and moves decent air on a less than 20 foot run of insulated flex. Will see how the slide on light grille holds up.

Bright Light, Quiet Operation, Simple Install
This exhaust fan was simple to install. The operation is very quiet. The light is bright. The only thing I don't care for is that it is made in China...I do recommend these for an affordable retrofit install or new.
