Evolution Connex Control - Zoning/Non-Zoning User Interface with Wi-Fi Access Point

I currently have a problem with a zone static air flow test that happens at 1:00p everyday even though I have no zones and that part of the control is not setup. This test runs the fan coil but does not display any info like it is supposed to and is wasting energy. I assume because there are no zones. This test is only supposed to run for zones only. I sent an email to customer support and their response was- "We cannot diagnose what may be causing the problem via the Internet. Your dealer is in the best position to assist you with your technical questions because they are trained to install and service the units. I suggest having a licensed HVAC dealer inspect the unit. If you are not familiar with dealers in your area any of the following dealers can assist you:"- I don't need to call and pay for a dealer to come out and have him call Bryant to tell them the same thing. I have heard that customer service is lacking with Bryant/Carrier and I think I just experienced it. There are more bugs that I have found with this control and I am compiling a list. Just to note, I happen to be a maintenance technician that has setup and programmed much more complicated controls than this. Bryant/Carrier should be able to figure out how this is happening or could happen by just looking at their code. My guess is that this problem did not get past that first phone/internet screening technician and he decided to send me the corporate goop email. The features are OK but not worth the price. You can get a communicating fan coul to work with a standard stat, just have to wait a couple of minutes.
