My boiler broke down on a Friday night. Saturday morning I called local businesses, no one had this in stock and they wanted $150 more for it plus their shipping cost because it was a special order. I placed my order here Saturday afternoon, Monday I received the email my order had shipped with tracking info, received it Tuesday. Got home from work and it took less than an hour to replace this inducer. No issues, boiler was up to operating temp in no time. Very easy project for the DIY types, 4 bolts and an electrical plug. And I've never worked on a boiler before. It has been in for 4 weeks, hot showers are still flowing! Thank you SupplyHouse for having your act together, I truly appreciate it!

blower comes with fan gasket that does not survive shipping
This blower comes with a large, flat fan gasket (SKU 8206085). However, the blower is not packed well and moves around inside the box during shipping. This inevitably tears or damages the gasket. I received two blowers, both with damaged gaskets. Fortunately the gasket is available separately, but it's frustrating when perfectly good parts are damaged by improper packaging and shipping.

Vibrates to much
Supply House supplied this part promptly, and at a fair price. The blower motor seems to be unbalanced, and vibrates too much. We can feel the vibration on the first floor above the furnace.

The part was a direct replacement for the failed one.
The item arrived in good order and the shipment was prompt. It was difficult to track and I'm not sure why. I replaced the old unit and the new one has been running just fine. I will be pleased if it lasts longer than the original part. I don't believe that the blower that failed was stressed because the home was primarily a vacation home until 2020. That is something for New Yorker boiler to address.
