The product works great as intended. Was easy to install and program.

I am not a 100% sure but I think it was damaged by a cheap switch that was installed . I changed the switch but the damage was done so changed the Sage controller and everything works great.

I received the product very timely and in good conditon. Packaged very well.

Local heating guy couldn't get this part - this arrived in two days and I installed it myself.

Control module for an Alpine gas boiler which worked great! No problems. The best part was customer service over the phone and that it here the next around 11:00Am.

My son was forced to buy a new sage controller as the 09 alpine it operated in its display panel was not operating. WE bought a new display but discovered upon shutdown and trouble shooing the controller did not provide the 5 volt dc so we where forced to buy a new controller and did same for display as we did not know cause of loss of 5 volt dc . Some clouds have silver lining though the new display is better than the old and the new sage controller has nice features that the old one didnt. Yes pricey but enjoying some features as on demand display (it goes away when not needed but touches on) percentage rate of combustion also shows btu per hour and some Im not even aware of yet .

The kit that came was buggy as in worked, but didn't work completely. There were errors that made no sense to the plubmer. How do I know it was buggy? Checked connectors multiple times, but only after replacing the unit with identical one the boiler started to work. The expensive lesson learned, if you see errors but gas valves and sensors all look normal, try another control board first before spending time and money replacing what might be functioning to begin with.
