Did the job, fast shipping too, thanks.
The old gasket was 22 years old, hard, cracked, and of course, leaking. This new gasket was an OEM, rubber, about 1/4" thick gasket, all holes perfectly lined up. I cleaned the mating plates and installed, no issues.
If you don't have new bolts, get some. The 22 yo bolts were too corroded for my liking, they were grade 2 anyway, I replaced them with grade 8 with grade 8 flat washers (will not deform or bend) and lock nuts, much better fasteners. Stainless steel would be better here, but I didn't have any handy. DO NOT OVER TORQUE them like everyone else does! About 20 ft/lbs is enough.

Spc Order Item - Good
Special order item. It's a gasket for the domestic hot water coil that should have been in with the special order coil but wasn't. SH took care of it and got the right one in 1st time and the price was right. Had a couple emails back and forth for pertinent info and then perfect fit - 1st time.
