This product is great to use in grease traps when we go into clean them and they have a thick scum layer on top.

Great product for breaking down grease in our grease trap!
We used this product because we were having issues with a grease trap becoming clogged in our small commercial kitchen. It did a great job breaking up grease so that our system would once again flow properly. Highly recommend.
