3 QuestionsQ: Is this product specified in actual pipe OD dimensions or in nominal pipe size (IPS/copper)? I am trying to size this for insulated pipe, so I am counting on actual dimensions.

I have some ones marked 3/4 here and they are about 1in diameter. They appear to be specified in nominal pipe size.
1/2 inch pex is actually about 5/8 inch outside diameter. A 3/4 pipe strap fits loosly over it.
Q: Is this product 4" wide or 4" deep or both? Also, can it be bent at all to make a custom fit?

These pipe straps are light weight and can be bent. Sent from my iPhone
It's sized to fit a 4" pipe, so it's probably a bit bigger than 4in inside the loop. You should be able to bend it with some pliers.
I can speak for the 3 " version. 3" deep × 3 1/2 wide inside diameter. No you can not bend. Very ridged Sent from my Verizon Wireless 4G LTE DROID

this strap fits over a 4" pipe to hold it in place so it is about 4" each way.
Q: Will this clamp fit a 1 inch PVC pipe?
