Outstanding help and delivery
My residential HVAC blower motor failed. We ordered a new motor/module assembly to be delivered the next day. In the meantime it turns out that the motor axle was seized within the blower housing so we needed a new housing also--no one in central Florida had one (Carrier). Called Carrier and they said no luck, this blower fan/housing was on back order and Carrier couldn't even give the customer an anticipated availability date. We called around the U.S. and finally found that Supply House had one on their shelve--they shipped it overnight and all good now after being without A.C. in Florida for 7-days. Thanks Supply House for the excellent assistance...
