The item was shipped promptly and delivered on time. It was intact upon arrival. The technician came to install it and we had heat within an hour. Although the part was pricey, it allowed us to keep our current system, which should last quite a bit longer. Recommended if it continues to perform!

Fixed my py3g Payne package unit
Heater stopped. No gas no igniting, auto shut off which was caused by a rusted dilapidated blower. A little diy, removed the rusted heater blower and motor assembly, after maneuvering the power board out of the way (front of unit access not from the top hvac fan). And presto heat is back. Supply house was great, they got me the part within days, had it in stock, and were kind enough to price match to non sale prices from other retailers.

Perfect part
Motor was diagnosed with a bad bearing. Had difficulty locating part in Knoxville, TN. Kevin at Supply House asked for a photo of plate on induction motor since model number on overall AC/Heating did not ID parts. The photo allowed correct ID of part. Ordered motor with housing and blower fan. Good thing ordered whole unit because besides bad bearing, the blower fan had totally disintegrated. Excellent service from Supply House.
