THEY HAD TWO ! The Factory did not even have ONE in stock
Manufacture of course had none and could not provide any lead time , due to the Pandemic you would think right, but lets Be honest it is a TEC thing tell me I'm wrong ! After my Technion installed new Motor & Cap, although it did work the customer stated it was loud and had concerns. After checking motor amps, and so on everything was within specs? That being said I contacted Supply House directly to explain the situation, NOT LOOKING FOR A REPLAMENT REMEMBER THE MOTOR WAS WITHIN SPECS, MORE OF JUST WANTED TO DOCUMENT IT JUST INCASE WE DO HAVE A ISSUE ! BUT THEN AS ALWAYS WITH NO HESITATION they immediately sent me a new motor the next day ! They had only TWO mind you as I previously stated that the FACTORY had none.
Replaced with new Noise was gone customer was very happy, over all just another great experience with SupplyHouse.com !
