Perfect replacement thermistor
My 6-yr old multi-stage Carrier AC was reading 143F outside temperature. After confirming that I had not moved to Venus, I did some online research and determined the likely culprit was the outdoor air temperature (OAT) sensor. Replacing a malfunctioning OAT is important to avoid overworking the AC. I opened the AC condenser's access panel and removed the OAT sensor to confirm the specific model, then ordered it from SupplyHouse. As always, SupplyHouse sent it immediately and I received it within a couple days. My AC has worked flawlessly since. Thanks, SupplyHouse! They're my go-to for appliance, water heater, and HVAC parts.

Worked for my heat pump
Outdoor air temp sensor went haywire, reading negative temperatures in July, causing my A/C not to work properly. Replaced in a matter of 10 minutes, easy if you know what you're doing.
