I would deal with this company again.
Talked to customer service rep. Jessica who guided me in asking me the numbers to confirm a purchase of a motor module on a Carrier air handler. She was very knowledgeable and quick to confirm the correct part. She also handled the purchase and shipping and gave me an arrival date. All in one phone call. A rare act in todays world.
