Solved compressor stall from power drop
I installed this circuit to my Carrier condenser unit. This delay timer circuit automatically detects a transient voltage drop and protects the compressor by delaying start-up for 5 minutes.

Exactly What I Needed
Have a Carrier that had the old style sealed relay that went bad. I was give a "universal" replacement by a local parts outlet that did not work. This was a direct replacement at t good price.

Carrier Relay Circuit Board
Installed on home condenser unit. Simple to work with, connectors properly marked. All screw holes did not match up but this is a Carrier later replacement unit. Appears more robust than original.
