Ordered 2x and 2x wrong item sent; still waiting for refund
Fan blade was ordered twice and each time wrong item sent. Contacted customer service ultimately for a refund. 2 weeks later still haven't received the full amount. Had to order part from a competitor at a higher price. Homeowner, fired me from doing additional work however.
