I kinda have to buy another one again
Customer service has been good, shipping is timely. Problem - this is the third transformer that I purchased for my FAU unit as the first two purchases resulted in faulty part. The first last for a matter of days, the second lasted for 13 months. I am buying a spare as it would be a problem to have a heater outage in mid-winter.
