Original blower motor replaced with this and worked perfectl
My variable speed blower motor became intermittent and then failed completely. This motor is a direct slide-in replacement and the old connectors fit without needing to use the supplied harness. Installation took as long as a motor replacement would normally take and the air handler was back in operation as soon as the power was turned back on. No issues at all.
